Through practices like the Examen—a daily reflection on God’s presence and one’s own responses—individuals learn to notice God’s gentle guidance in their thoughts, emotions, and choices. Ignatian Spirituality emphasizes a personal relationship with God that grows through intentional listening, openness, and a willingness to align one’s desires with God’s will.
